90 DAYS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
This program was designed to be an accessible way to get 1:1 support from certified Fitness personal trainer, nutrition and Life Coach Natalie Krizan.
The duration of the program is 90 days.
- 30min-1hr Consultation Call: Natalie will assess your current habits & fitness goals. Together, you will plan to achieve them through movement, food, and mindset.
- Your personal wellness road map – customized compass in nutrition, mindset, and daily habits (Meal Plan + Food Recommendations PDF)
- 30x 1hr Personal Training Sessions: This package includes 2-3 weekly personal training sessions with Natalie on Zoom. She will guide you through the best exercises for your body and desired result.
- Coaching to recognize your patterns keeping you stuck in your potential
- Support and accountability
- 1 follow-up call after finishing the program
- This is a 90-day program that must be completed within 90 days of your start date.
