This program was designed to be an accessible way to get 1:1 support from certified Personal Fitness Trainer, nutrition, and Life Coach Natalie Krizan.
The duration of the program is 30 days.
30min – 1hr Consultation Call: Natalie will assess your current habits & fitness goals. Together, you will plan to achieve them through movement, food, and mindset.
Your personal wellness road map – customized compass in nutrition, mindset, and daily habits (Meal Plan + Food Recommendations PDF)
10x 1hr Personal Training Sessions: This package includes 2-3 weekly personal training sessions with Natalie on Zoom. She will guide you through the best exercises for your body.
Coaching to recognize your patterns keeping you stuck in your potential
Support and accountability
1 follow-up call after finishing the program
