The idea was born after my awakening while gathering the broken pieces of whom I think I am, questioning my life choices, the people I’m surrounded with, my beliefs and values. I felt total emotional and mental burnout. I was exhausted and terrified.
Although almost always in excellent body shape, I was empty and deeply unfulfilled. Simply working out and taking care only of my body was not enough. I was not vital and had no energy; I have felt I lost my inner power. I allowed outside circumstances, people, and situations to influence my decisions.
Through this painful transformation, I have realised this happens when you are not connected or aligned with who you are. I have learned that I am the only one responsible for my happiness. I decided I would stop being a victim of my circumstances and start being a creator of my life, rewriting my story. And while making some hard life choices was necessary, taking time to heal and give grace and deep self-love was paramount. The path to my true self was including healing exercise, healthy and clean food, a positive mindset, and taking the time to nourish and listen to my soul.
I finally regained my energy and strength, gained crystal clarity and aligned with my top values: love and connection, health, joy, focus, and contribution. I felt more connected with myself than ever.
My intuition became deep and gracefully led me in the direction I needed, even if my logical mind was saying differently.
We have to find time for our body, mind, and soul to meet inseparably. When you align yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually there is nothing you can’t achieve. That’s why I have developed this programs based on holistic principles that features body movement, healthy nutrition, and spiritual techniques for a healthy and happy life.
My goal is to increase physical performance, mental clarity, and emotional strength, all resulting in sustainable growth toward personal goals. I strive to help women uncover their true potential and live their most truth by embracing the light within them.
